Synopsis
A comedy-drama recreating a US-based story on Dubai soil, spanning a wedding, a desert, and multiple narrative set pieces.
Contribution
Led the full visual department (hair, makeup, costume, set design, and props) across a wedding, a desert, and multiple narrative locations. Managed a crew of 25+.
The Chaos
The hardest part was directing across departments (costumers, makeup artists, and prop masters) while juggling an extensive prop list across multiple locations. Built a full wedding set from the ground up, and constructed a dead body prop for the production. First time working with a genuinely higher budget, which meant learning to allocate and balance resources across every department in real time.

Winner, World Film Festival in Cannes: Best Produced Film
